All memberships are annual agreements. All Fix My Solar memberships are month-to-month (or annual if you choose the discounted annual billing). You can cancel anytime — if no services have been provided in your current term, there's no cancellation fee.
$99 one-time non-refundable activation fee applies to all new memberships. This covers account setup, system registration, and your initial member onboarding review.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If an annual service (like a tune-up or cleaning) has already been provided, the value of that service will be applied to any plan change.
Each membership covers one property. If you have multiple properties with solar systems, please contact us about multi-property membership options.
The 10% member discount applies to all repair labor and parts, regardless of the type of repair. There are no exclusions by service type — if Fix My Solar does the work, you get the member rate.
